As your coach, I'm not just here to drill you with exercises or overload you with techniques. My mission is to build you up, body and mind, to prevent the injuries I faced and to prepare you for the pressures of the game. With certifications in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Extreme Sports Performance Breathing under my belt, I've learned the crucial importance of rotation, breath, and mental resilience in sports performance.
